What are my chances of getting in?

I'm not sure about SAT scores, but based on your GPA you should be able to get into a pretty good college, I only took ACT, and I know that if you get a 24 you can get a full ride to a State University... As for not needing financial aid, apply anyway, because college is expensive not just including tuition, you have to think about things like groceries, supplies, gas & insurance (if you have a car), and besides, wouldn't you rather have that money for something else? You don't have to borrow money either, you can get grants from the government that pay for you to go to school, and scholarships are also a good way to go, you don't have to pay either of those back...
