How does child support determine payments if the non-custodial parent is married?

The wife is not responsible for paying for your kid. You do not get an increase just because he got remarried. Just like he doesn't get a decrease if you get remarried. If they are smart they will file married but seperated. That way you can only get your greedy hands on his return.
