Is all of Islam at war with Israel and The United States?

You should read the history of Al'Andalus. This is what the Islamic Moors called Spain when they conquered it. The first wave of Muslim invaders brought about a relatively peaceful society with people allowed to practice whatever religion they wanted. But after a while, some more savage Muslims came over and they became more violent and much less tolerant of non-Muslims. This is what I think the Muslims in the West will eventually become. The first wave will try to appear to be peaceful but then the next wave will start killing people unless they convert to Islam.
