one of the people belives it is the death card that should be the true new years card , this is NOT the end of the cycle for the major arcana ,it is the World is the last card this is true ending and the fool is the new beginning. death is a transitional card where world is card of completion of this cycle. death merely allows us to change the world is the never ending cycle of life with the the fool being the new begining
