Please i really need help is about the marina iud?has any1 had this symptoms before?

after my son was born 6 weeks after i got the marina inserted i have been having my period for 1 month n 2 days now and i feel alot of pain especially in my right ovary has anyone have this symptoms before pliss help im very worried
