Yahoo PC to PC international calls?

Hi, I was wondering if there is any charge for making a PC to PC call. One PC is from someone in the United States, on the receiving end, is someone from an island in the Carribean, called Trinidad. Is there any charges for any calls made internationally from a U.S PC and vice versa? Thanks.
