When I scan my PC with AVG 8.5 free edition. It detects 3 threats named “Runtime Packed fsg” in Drive F.?

The matter is not clear to me. Can anybody help to make the thing clear to me? Can I rely on AVG 8.5 Free? Is there any better alternative
