I think my dog is sick..gurgling sounds, vomit, and now loss of appetite?

Last week sometime my yorkie-poo was laying next to me and I heard gurgling sounds coming from her stomach. I didn't think anything of it because she was her normal energetic self. But in the middle of the night last night I awoke to her vomiting stomach bile and today she didn't eat or drink anything and she didn't want to leave my side. Is this just an upset stomach or is this something serious??
