I need to know if I should go to the emergency room! please help?

Im 11 weeks pregnant, and i have been having really sharp pains on my right side. They hurt sometimes soo much that I can't stand up or walk. My fiance thinks it's appendicitis. I need to know what I should do. I really don't have much of an appetite and it is getting to the point where i can't stand it... Can someone please help me!
