I hate my bestfriend's boyfriend will we still be friends?

i know that feeling my best friend was dating a guy that i hated, i couldn't stand him, when he talked to me i would insult him, the reason why i couldn't stand him is because i had about two cles with him and a saw the jerk things he did but i didn't interfere with their relationship. at the end of the school year i friend of mine told the cl that his sister was prom queen( or something like that) and the guy that was dating my friend asked how old she was and when he was told that she was way older than her he said it didn't matter and this was during the time he was still dating my friend, i didn't tell but later on they broke up, the thing is we all want what is best for your friend but it is her life and only she can lead it, you can tell her how you feel about this and give her advice on th relationship. you should support her when she feels down but you should talk about he texting thought when you guys are together she should focus on that day and when she is with her bf she should focus on him its all about balance.
