A boy likes me but idk....DaTING ADVICE!!?

so theres this guy who likes me. hes averagely hot, realllllly blue eyes and he really likes me. i kinda like him... but hes a little bit of a and hes just averagely hot, not super hot. i wouldnt really care but my friends and i made this pact to makeout with a guy before the end of this schoolyear, and hes the only guy i KNOW i could get to makeout with me. should i go for it?? i dont want to be called a looser who couldnt complete the pact, but i dont want to really makeout with a guy that i dont see myself having a future with. (im 14 btw AND a girl)
