Which Tresemme Shampoo & Conditioner do you prefer for me ?

I have hair just below my shoulders & I have a friend who's hair is really really soft and untangled. She said she uses Tresemme Naturals ? Do you think its good ? Plus i have this other friend who has hair up to the middle of her back and its sooo smooth and silky and manageable. She uses Tresemme naturals shampoo, but she uses the anti breakage conditioner (purple) anyways... which one do you think would suit my hair the best ? ( i have black hair too, and its kind of straw-like. And it feels ugly when i touch stroke it and its tangly at the bottoms too. ) Do u think i just need a haircut or something ? To trim my split ends ??? please give me a good answer I wasted so much money trying to figure out which shampoo and conditioner would fit me .. i tried herbal essences, garnier fructis, pantene.. I want soft and smooth hair and i heard tresemme would do the job. which one do you think i should get ? please no harsh answers i am only 12 with like.. the ugliest hair in cl :P lol. well maybe not the ugliest but you know ? non healthy. OH AND, i want healthy hair too and shiny ! :D sorry if im expecting too much for my hair im just really frustrated about this ..
